I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added circular blue gel dots.
One of Stella's better ideas and I agree with her totally. Quick and easy to make too!!
