Stella Has the Formula
a decoupage sheet featuring Stella who is sat in her easy chair ready to share her wisdom her comment being.... I have discovered the secret formula for a care free old age, iycri = fi. With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a blue mirror C5 card, i then added a gold border all round the outside edges of the design and the inner frame where stella sits, i then made up the design, this i did using 1mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design with Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
