Stella is Only Young

I printed this Stella design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto dark blue card leaving a small border.

I then decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads

With this design I printed it onto photo paper, then cut out the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads.
