I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear gems and blue flower gem to Stella's hair.

I printed this sheet onto 160gsm matt picture paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads.
This is another in the Stella series and the ideals and mottoes she comes out with will make you think- but more importantly will make you laugh and the recipient (providing they have not had a humour by-pass)
