I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a purple C5 card then added a gold wavy border all round the edges, to finish my card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
