I trimmed away the background so that this would fit my pop-out style card with the round front, decoupaged with foam pads, added pink crystal drops to look like icing on the cake, yellow and red glitter pen to the candles, glossy accents to the glasses, gems for jewellery, I added playing cards (solitaire style) to the back sections along with the sentiment panels, I will send this to my friend who loves chocolate so I added chocolate made from Fimo. a great fun design!
I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
