Print sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam pads for the decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the matte to a blank, white, card and the card front to the matting.
I cut the card front on both sides of the rhinestone strip and adhered it to the card base leaving a space between the two sections.
I then used gold, liquid pearl to make the bubble central border as well as for the earrings and center of the bow.
Another wise Stella card to sparkle up a friends day.
