a decoupage sheet featuring Stella who has been shopping and has a new pair of shoes in her shopping bag her comment being.... Having bags under my eyes is fine... it's finding the shoes to match that's become a problem!

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...another brilliant design featuring Stella.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added gems- Stella you are a star and have a quip for every occasion!!!
