I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.

I matted and layered the main image onto green card then mounted it onto whit stock card.I added the decoupage using foam pads..and to finish I added some little pearls and silver peel-off corners....Stella your some girl!!!
