I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto white stock card and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added some glitter...how true those words are Stella.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
