Striking Black and White DressCompleted by Lynda Jones

I used a DL card and attached a red/gold backing paper. I made up the decoupage and fixed this centrally. To complete I added a gem for her earring, some gold glitter glue for her bangles and a sentiment as well as a fine gold peel off border
