The Teen Diva Sends Birthday Wishes for Mum
a decoupage sheet featuring the teen diva who is stood using her ipod and sending birthday wishes to her mum the caption being..... you know your parents are getting older when... they call your ipod a walkman .... happy birthday mum tag placed at top of topper I have also included a happy birthday tag so that the topper can be used for mum or for the teenager.

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design onto the front of a purple C5 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, I finished my card by adding the birthday sentiment and a small pearl in each corner of the statement, this is a terrific, fun design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
I printed on smooth card and cut out the parts. I covered a large A5 cardblank with heart backing paper cup201334_359 and mounted the base image on this with DST.
I layered the decoupage with sillicone and the texts with foam pads.I added a shoelace trim to the mum greeting,decorated with a satin padded heart a small heart button and lavender and rose pearls and nailheads, and a 3D lilac flower.
I used glossy accents on the diva's eyes and lips, toenails and Ipad . Added touches of lavender stickles to the belt and gold to pendant. Mini lavender pearls were added to the texts and tiny silver peel offs to the corners.
