After printing the sheet onto lightweight card I cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto purple pearlescent card leaving a narrow border.

I use DST to attach this to the centre of my square card blank, then used glue gel to add the decoupage layers and greeting.

Finally I went over the wording with a sparkle pen.
