Bert Bright Eyed and Bushy Tailed

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

What a funny design!

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out, then added the base design to dark blue card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads.
