Birthday Snooze Decoupage
a decoupage sheet which has a cute bear who looks like he may have had a cople of glasses of wine too many and has fallen asleep, tags provided say birthday snooze, happy birthday and birthday cheers, also a blank tag for the greeting of your choice, a nice cute topper suitable for male or female.

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out the elements, i placed at an angle on the main design base, which i had previously placed a light blue striped backing paper on to, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, and finished my card by adding the birthday cheers sentiment at the top right, this is a terrific, fun design was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
