I printed the design sheet on 160gsm Xerox Colotech paper. The colours reproduce well on this paper, it is thick enough to handle but thin enough to avoid those thick white edges.

I cut all the elements out, which were really easy even the windows and wiper blades.

I just cut out part of the white area and then went round with my detail scissors. For the base card, I found a gunmetal grey card in my stash. It has that ridged surface like corrugated card, with a shimmer finish.I applied the base layer with double sided tape.

The used foam pads for the rest of the decoupage and finished with the supplied sentiment.A lovely card, just right for that special man.

Or of course you could add a different sentiment to suit another person or occasion.
