I printed onto crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and matted onto Blue card and another layer of Silver Mirri card.

This was then added to a White card base with d/s tape.

I added the decoupage and the Greeting Tag with foam pads. To finish I added Glitter to the Sparkle and Clear gems in two opposite corners. I used the Matching insert inside and the small topper was added to the reverse of my card.
