I printed onto hp photo paper, cut out and added the decoupage with foam pads. I used a dl card blank, after wrapping ribbon around a piece of gold card stock, I attached to the card blank off centre and then added the topper so it was central.

I finished with some card candi. A great design for any coffee loving, alcohol loving person.
