21st Birthday or anniversary card with roses and Champagne bottle decoupageCompleted by Anita Henery

The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.

I then added a contrast panel to a 7x7 card.

The main image was adhered with foam tape.

The other elements were added with foam pads to give the card height.

To finish the card I added a matching bow, a few gems and a printed verse inside.
