Once I printed this lovely topper onto glossy photo paper and I cut out the decoupage and attached with foam pads onto the topper, I then matted onto a white base card size A5 and finished adding black and ab's crystal embellishments to the guitar, and a lilac crystal to the ''i'' in Birthday.

I attached the matching insert to the card.
