Dinosaur Birthday - Decoupage CardCompleted by Carol Cadman

I printed the design on to matt lightweight card and cut it out. I then stuck, with DST, the base picture on to a white card blank. I then layered up with foam tape. Finally I added googly eyes to the dinosaur.
