I fixed the base image onto white card and cut to leave a narrow border (slightly less than A5 size).

I then made up the decoupage elements with silicone glue and added the required sentiment.

To complete I used gold glitter glue on the champagne bubbles and pink glitter glue on some of the background swirls.
