Art Deco Ladies Collection #22Completed by Cards by Maggie

I used matte photo paper for my design. For the background I used cup215599_598 and for the mat I used a sheet from cup323023_1664.

To attach these and the main element to my card I used d-s tape. To build up the decoupage I used foam tape and then added peel-off borders. To finish I glittered part of the dress and added a gem stone to the lady's hair band
