Champagne and Flowers 100th Birthday Decoupage CardCompleted by Denise Mason

I printed this on to satin effect paper, then layered on to satin effect silver card. I used foam pads and silicone gel to stick the decoupage. To finish I added a few stick on pearls to two corners in a purple that matched the colour of the roses.
