Champagne and Flowers 21st Birthday Decoupage CardCompleted by Sharon Wilson

I printed the design sheet on photo paper and cut out pieces. Put card top on lavender background sheet. Added deco pieces with s gel. Used my crystal gel pen to highlight the number 21. I got it finished just in time for my granddaughters birthday. Love it.
