Champagne and Flowers 70th Birthday Decoupage Card. Comes WCompleted by Christine Todd

I printed out onto matte photo paper and cut out pieces for decoupage. I then used DB tape to secure main image onto white card stock and decoupaged. I added my own 70 embellishment and finished off with a Congratulations sentiment. A very easy but stunning card.
