It always amazes me what a little glitter glue can do! Is this card spectacular or what!

I printed the graphic on high gloss photo paper and cut out the elements. I used foam pieces to create the 3D effect.

I matted the center piece on black, then pink, then on black cardstock. The effects are rather stunning!

To add the final touch, I added Stickles glitter glue in yellow to the glasses to make the champagne bubble!
