I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added this to a White card base.

I then added the the other layers with foam tape and foam pads.

To finish I added Silver Sparkalicious Glitter to the 18 and Silver Glitter to the 18 on the Champagne bottle.

I also added Purple and Clear gems to Opposite corners of the card. I used a Matching insert inside and finished the reverse of the card with a Greetings Topper and Silver Handmade Peeloffs.
