OccasionI printed onto Crafty Bobs Photo paper and cut out all pieces. The base layer was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and then added to a White card base.
The decoupage was then added with foam pads.
I matted one of the Greeting Tags onto Silver Mirri card and added it to the back of my card.
To finish I used Silver Glitter on the small 21 on the Champagne Bottle, pretty Silver Sparkalicious Glitter on the large 21, a small Silver Bow to the base of the Balloons and Purple Gems in Opposite corners.
Inside I used a Matching insert, with Verse.
