Delicious Cupcake Decoupage_quick CardCompleted by Jane Wells

Printed onto photo card, I cut out the cake elements and layered using 3d foam pads. I layered the design onto a punched out circle and my own pink dotty backing paper onto a cream card.

I added my own 'laughter' message and outlined the scallop design in gold stickles glitter. 3 tiny red stars finish this card, very tasty!!
