I printed this out onto glossy photo paper, trimmed all the pieces. I then folded dark blue card stock in half and attached a piece of matching pink decoupage paper which I wet then plucked the ends to give it an uneven appearance.

I glued this to the blue cardstock then glued the base of the picture. I attached the smaller picture and the small pieces with silicone glue to give it a 3d effect. I love the contrasting colors of this card.
