Froggie Rain Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Michelle Havinga

Applied decoupaged image onto silver mirri card and trimmed to size. Under the layered image I applied a piece of polka dot paper layered onto cream glitter card, which was placed across the centre of the card.

Some goggle eyes were added and a small green spotty bow to finish.
