This is a gorgeous little sheet and I couldn't wait to get in in my collection. I printed it out, cut out the elements and started on the decoupage layering with foam tape. I then used two sentiment tags mounted lightly askew for added dimension.

I then adhered the base topper on a matching light blue cardstock and it was done! I love how it has turned out.
