I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image onto gold and black card and mounted it onto black stock card...I added the decoupage using foam pads and to finish the card I added a sentiments and some little black gems...I love this design it looks so rich and luxurious.
