I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting also using thin foam tape.

I attached the design to the card using double sided tape and then cut around the scallop edge to complete the card.
