I printed the design onto 160gsm white card. The background design I stuck onto a 5x5 square scalloped card using dst. I cut out the 3-d elements and layered up using foam pads. I added the sentiment and then decorated with some glitter glue.

The card is very simple to make and makes an ideal sweet 16 card.
