Happy Birthday Decoupage Topper
This is a really cute birthday sheet for you to make up into a lovely card. I have included all the elements you will need. You can use either silicone glue or foam pads to build up the layers. Licensed artwork cup20035 by cheryl seslar designs. This will make a great card for female birthday's young & old. Ideal for daughter's, sisters, aunties, mum, bestfriends, family & friends. This sheet would also be great for young girls to make up for their friends for birthday's - will keep them amused during the summer hols :)

A very pretty girly card. I cut out and made up the decoupage panel and attached it to the front of an A5 tent fold card.
I finished the card with a pink bow and a happy birthday greeting.
