Happy Birthday You Old Fart Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed onto 200gsm matt photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main topper onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. A great card for those of an age and have a sense of humour, and very easy to make.
