Happy Birthday You Old Fart Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a patterned paper and added the main topper using dst. I then added the decoupage using foam pads.

A fun card that is very easy to make and sure to raise a smile.
