Gorgeous jewel colors. I printed on cardstock. I cut out the decoupage pieces and glued them directly on to the topper, just giving enough depth. I cut out the majority of the bouquet from on one of the blank sentiment medalions and attached it using glue.

Then I used one of the yellow flowers to finish. The other decoupage pieces I added, cutting away portions of flowers to give additional depth.
