Lets Celebrate with a Bottle - or TwoCompleted by Verona Davies

I printed the design onto photographic paper and cut out the decoupage. O mounted the design onto the front of an A5 card and cut around the scalloped edge.

I stuck a red sheet of paper on the inside of the card and added the decoupage to the front using sticky pads.
