Look Whos Turning 21 TopperCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed reduced size on to matte photo paper, matted to musical notes background, cup175695_719 with dst. I covered a C5 cardblank with champagne gold mirror card and added dark red card at an angle. I attached the topper to this at a different angle all with dst.

I layered with foam pads, adding the "Lets Party" label. I added red and gold card candi in the corners and red gems to the bunch of balloons. A fab design for a 21st Birthday!
