I printed the sheet twice on 135gsm matt photo paper and cut out all the elements.

My base card is a 300gsm 7x7 card blank

Using a combination of photo glue, DST and double sided sticky foam pads I crafted the card.

This can be personalised should you choose to purchase the finished product.
