Printed onto 190gsm matte photo paper, then cut out the topper and the decoupage pieces. Assembled the design using 2mm foam dots.

I then matted the design onto a piece of black card cut slightly larger, then attached that to a light grey card with double-sided tape.

I then finished off with a light layer of glitter glaze to the flowers, the 'pearls' and the leaves in the background to add a little sparkle, then added a plain silver border sticker to the edge of the black matting.

A pretty card suitable for a number of various occasions.
