Pure Elegance Lady in White Decoupage

I covered a d/l card with some vivid blue paper,then i printed this image onto decoupage paper then cut it out,i mounted the main image on to the card then decoupaged u[p the lady,added four silver corners and a border ,i gave her a dangle earring and stars on her brooch with what was left from the corner peel off .

Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto purple card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Added a greeting, faux gems and s touch of glitter.
