Good old Stella, she’s good for a little jab most of the time. And she’s pretty good at the sarcasm too.
So what else are friends for if they can’t be truthful? Anyway, here she goes again and she’s ready for the par..ty! I printed onto gloss photo paper and cut out the pattern pieces. I used a good heavy pink card stock folded in half and pressed down well.
I measured andmarked where the topper would be placed and then added the small lace with fabric tac. I then glued the Stella topper in place and put on the decoupage pieces with dimensional foam.
