I printed out my design onto Crafty Bob glossy card and cut out the elements. I mounted the design up using silicone and added some ribbons through a slit on the design and taped the ribbons through to the back.

I have punched the corners and used some metallic gold card behind my tennis player and finished off with a printed greeting!
