Happy Birthday BrotherCompleted by Pauline Worthington

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a blue DL textured card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of co-ordinating blue card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used 2 Smirk chipboard embellishments to decorate.
