I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to turquoise snakeskin effect paper, then to white card with DST, added decoupage and finished with turquoise gems to flower centres and pearl hearts to two corners.

A beautiful design, can look blue or turquoise depending which base colour is used.
