I used pale pink card. Going down the spine side of the card I mat and layered white and pink shimmer card. Upon this I placed the made up decoupage and above that I added my own sentiment.

On the design itself I used a special glue and covered each picture jewel and sprinkled a pink shimmer glitter on top.

To finish I added a die cut of a butterfly.
